 Q1. Do you accept customized orders?

Yes, all the boxes and bags are customized in a wide range of packaging features, including your logo and company name.

Q2. Can you design for us?

Yes,we have designer in house to provide tailored packaging for you. We know how packaging feature works into the market.

Q3. Is it possible to get a free sample?

Yes,Stock samples and customized white samples are free, but the express fee is collect or prepaid by the buyer. For printing samples, sample cost is subjected to its complexity. 

Q4. How long can we receive your quotation?

If your information is very detail, quotation will be offered within 6 hours. In order to receive our quotation as soon as possible, please give us following information: 1)Usage; 2)Style;3)Material; 4)Workmanship; 5)Size; 6) Logo; 7) Quantity; If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying.

Q5. How do you ensure your product and service quality?

All our processes are strictly under control with a sharp quality system as it is being lived out at Sunmell . Also, we provide trade assurance service after or before delivery. We are always there foryou if anything needed.

Q6. What is your MOQ?

Due to the machine running limits and to save expensive cross-national shipping charges, our minimum order quantity is 2000pcs. It is recommended to order full containersto reduce the unit price and shipping cost. 

Q7. How can I make order and payment?

Once confirmed your order, we will send you proforma invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, Westem Union or Paypal as you like.

Q8. What is your delivery time?

A:Usually 15-25 days. According to the product and quantity, delivery time will have different.

Q9. Wha about shipping?

 We can ship in small batcher by way of air express or larger ones by the container, to save costs, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. Please don't forget that we are located in the deepest sea port in China-Xiamen Port, which means that we have the most convenient maritime transportation!
